I am a senior  psychotherapist with extensive experience, working with people of all ages and backgrounds, to find ways of dealing with life’s difficulties and challenges in a therapeutic setting. I provide a safe space to explore difficult emotional territory and together discover ways of tackling the issues that arise.

My training has included Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, Jungian Analysis, Hypno-Psychotherapy & NLP, Gestalt and Group Analytic Work.  All these disciplines allow for a range of approaches which best suits the issues being discussed.  In this way I offer a patient led practice tailored to specific individual needs.

I specialize in treating abuse, anxiety, addiction, anger, loss, bereavement, depression, relationships, identity issues, sexuality, gender issues, LGBT+, shame and trauma.  

I divide my time between working in the NHS and private practice.

I work in English and Arabic.
